7 ways to improve yourself |
Because you know that to succeed you must constantly improve yourself in those things in which you are failing.
You might be thinking of being more happy, productive, loose weight, be more smart, attractive, accumulate more riches (make more money), improve you core competencies in your desired field, get ideas, grow business in order to succeed in your desired field you must constantly improving by learning, doing, failing and challenging yourself by setting up goals.
So here are the 7 ways to improve yourself.

- Know Why To Do And What To Do
Let's suppose you wanted to loose weight and get fit, but first ask yourself that WHY YOU WANTED TO LOOSE WEIGHT? what is the core reason behind this? because its really important to know that why you wanted this in your life otherwise you will loose motivation in just one or two day.
Once you get the why, for example your why is i wanted to loose weight because i wanted to look more attractive, get love of my life and be more like able. So just repeat your why constantly throughout the day specially after WAKING UP IN THE MORNING AND JUST BEFORE RETIRING AT NIGHT.
Now decide that what you are going to do to loose weight what will be the workout exercises? what will be the time of workout? Write them down in your journal properly.
- Set Smart Goals
Setting goals is really important because it not only tells you what to do but it also makes neuro pathways into your mind which helps you to be on track and you have a clear direction and vision about your destination.
But not only setting goals is going to improve you. You must set smart goals what i mean is set SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, REALISTIC AND TIME BOUND goals.
You must set goals like that: I want to loose weight of my whole body (SPECIFIC), I want to loose 10 pounds (MEASURABLE) I want to loose weight by exercising and dieting (ATTAINABLE) I want to loose weight (REALISTIC) I want to loose 10 pounds in a week that's (TIME BOUND)
Challenge yourself by setting smart goals which also helps you to stay motivated.
- Be Committed To Your Goals
After setting up your smart goals make sure you stay committed towards your goals. What i want you to do is that write your goals on paper and paste it on your room's wall and read them aloud daily at least trice a day with passion and enthusiasm it will help you to achieve your goals and stay committed to them.
- Extract The Useful Knowledge Relating To Your Goals
To achieve your goals, you must have the knowledge relating to your goals because it will tell you that what are the dos and dont's, what are things that you should avoid to escape failure.
For example: you wanted to loose weight you must know that what are the exercises of loosing weight fast and how many calories you should take? foods that can help you in loosing weight, how to perform a specific workout and etc. By knowing all these things you will have the bigger edge which will help you in accumulate your goals.

Motivation is the most important ingredient to achieve your goals because lack of motivation will force you to give up on your goals but don't be afraid of it, let me handle this.
When you are feeling down and having negative thoughts that you will not be able to make it stop them immediately and seek motivation from those who are already successful in that specific area for example you can ask them to tell you their success story, learn from them, ask them that what hurdles you faced when you were in improving process.
Tell yourself that if they can make it you also can make it !!!

- Visualize Your Future
Visualization is the most powerful tool we humans have. So why not use it in productive ways?
Start your day with visualizing your future, imagine that you are doing hard work constantly and you have become what you want, feel with full of energy, full of emotions, full of excitement that how much happy you are after achieving your goal, All the hard work has now finally paid off!
Visualize or find a personality you wanted to become. For example you can say and visualize that i wanted to become like Arnold, Bill gates, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Jeff bezos or any other personality you follow.
- Take IMMEDIATE ACTIONS !
Alright, you created the plan you have got all things and knowledge which is required to achieve goals, now its time to take IMMEDIATE MASSIVE ACTIONS ! don't ever try to procrastinate, don't delay your work just push yourself up and start working on it !
Whenever or where ever you get impulse in your mind about your goals don't say i'll do it later or tomorrow or after my exams and blah blah, just don't do that.
Try this technique to push yourself say in your mind that ok i am going to do this 3,2,1 BANG! get up and start working. Push yourself as hard as you can because "Great things requires GREAT ACTIONS"
